🔧 Commercial heating repairs from CRC Heating Solutions

A recent plant room repair involved replacing a failed 200-litre expansion vessel. The blue vessel shown in the before pictures was unsuitable for the heating system, so we installed the correct vessel and set its pre-charge pressure to suit the system’s requirements.

While on site, we also:

✅ Replaced the leaking pressure relief valve, which was over five years old.
✅ Replaced the leaking boiler flue condensate trap.
✅ Cleaned and repainted the corroded gas pipework.

Mitsubishi Heat Pump – Low Flow Fault Resolved 🔧
We recently attended a Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump that had stopped providing heating and hot water due to insufficient water flow through the system.
After carrying out our checks, we found the heat exchanger and system were heavily restricted with debris. The system had not been flushed sufficiently when originally installed, resulting in poor circulation through the heat pump.
Using our flushing equipment, we thoroughly flushed the heat pump and heating system, removing the contamination and restoring the correct flow rate.
✅ Heat exchanger flushed
✅ System circulation restored
✅ Correct flow through the heat pump
✅ Heating restored
✅ Hot water restored
This is a good example of why correct system preparation and flushing is so important when installing a heat pump. Even a good quality heat pump can struggle if the water quality and system flow aren't right.

When someone calls, explains they have a new kitchen fitted, but they have been let down for having the hob fitted. Could we squeeze them in?

As it was a brand new kitchen we used pressfit so there were no flames

In early and out of the kitchen so the chritmas day prep can begin.

Team CRC were out and about over thr weekend.

Chris and I with 2 friends took in the Ride 100 London to Essex

100 miles of closed road riding from central London to Essex and back ( as the name would suggest)

Back to work today and rearing to go though thr legs maybe a little slower to get started ....
