The sink is being added at a later date, so the worktop hasn’t been sealed in yet

I completely refreshed the front of the property with;

A new solidor composite door and matching side light
New timber mortice and tennon porch brackets
uPVC fascia, soffit and cladding
LED soffit downlights
New grey roof tiles
New lead flashing
And a new step in matching bricks to finish it all off
