10ft by 12ft "MAN SHED" , could be girl shed if you like.
Sprung floor, with Visquene waterproof membrane. Frame built with tanalised 3x2 throughout. Total vapour wrap and and clad in tanalised feather edge board. Plywood roof with vapour cover and Heavy Duty gritted Felt.Doors and Windows with toughened 4 millimetre glass.

Can be insulated and lined. Just add power.
