We're proud of every project, but hearing this from our clients means everything.

When someone invites us into their home and trusts us with a major renovation or rebuild, it's never something we take lightly.

For months, we're part of their daily lives. We see ideas turn into plans, challenges become solutions, and houses become homes. That's why feedback like this from Anna means so much to every member of our team.

"I couldn't recommend Tudor Design & Build enough. They worked with me to completely rebuild my home, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish."

Anna's project was a complete home rebuild, and from day one our focus was on making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Clear communication, attention to detail, and taking the time to listen are values we bring to every project, so it's incredibly rewarding to know they made a difference.

We're absolutely delighted that Anna loves her finished home, and we'd like to thank her for putting her trust in us throughout the journey.

Testimonials like this remind us why we do what we do.

Thank you, Anna. It was a pleasure to bring your vision to life.

Your home doesn't need replacing. It might just need reimagining.

Not every project begins with a growing family and the need for more space.

Sometimes it's a busy household that's outgrown the way their home functions.

Sometimes it's homeowners whose children have flown the nest, giving them the opportunity to reimagine their space for a completely new chapter.

Sometimes it's a change in working patterns, a new hobby, a desire to entertain more, or simply the realisation that the home that worked perfectly ten years ago no longer suits life today.

At Tudor Design & Build, the focus isn't simply on creating extra square footage. It's about designing homes that work better for the people living in them, whatever stage of life they're in.

Whether that's opening up living spaces, creating room for a growing family, introducing bespoke joinery and storage solutions, or transforming underused areas into something truly special, great design starts with understanding how a home can better support modern life.

The best projects often begin with a simple conversation:

"We love where we live, but our home isn't working for us anymore."

That's where Tudor Design & Build can help.

When craftsmanship becomes a design feature, the results speak for themselves.

At this stunning project in St Albans' Conservation Area, bespoke joinery and striking exposed beams were used to do far more than support the structure. They became a defining feature of the design, bringing warmth, texture and character to every corner of the home.

The carefully executed timber detailing and bold structural beams helped open up the living spaces while creating a beautiful architectural focal point throughout. Every joint, connection and finish was considered with precision, showcasing the level of craftsmanship that transforms a renovation into something truly bespoke.

Great carpentry isn't just about aesthetics. It creates depth, enhances the flow of a space and introduces a timeless quality that can't be replicated with off-the-shelf solutions.

What does £100,000 buy you these days?

It's a question we're asked all the time.

Let's be honest... £100,000 doesn't stretch quite as far as it used to.

But with the right project, it can completely transform the way you live in your home.

We're talking about opening up the back of the house, adding an extension, creating that dream open-plan kitchen and family space, and finally installing those doors that open straight out onto the garden.

The challenge is knowing what's actually possible before spending thousands on architects, drawings and designs.

That's where we can help.

If you, or someone you know, is thinking:

"We'd love to extend, but we've got no idea what our budget will actually get us."

We're happy to come out, take a look at what's possible, and give realistic guidance before any major investment is made.

At Tudor Design & Build, we believe the best projects start with honest advice and a clear understanding of what's achievable.

Get in touch if you're planning an extension, renovation or home transformation, or tag someone who might find this useful.
