Nick for Acro Builds 🏡

A very unique build positioned within a listed building, meaning full planning permission had to be carefully designed and approved by our in-house team at Acro Builds.

Designed as a bespoke music room for our client Nick, this 4m x 3m build features our signature charred timber finish, hidden cladded door, top overhang, acoustic panelling, and a beautiful feature window overlooking the garden.

Nick has already fully made the space his own with all of his music equipment ready for lessons and creativity ahead.

Handcrafted Interior by Acro

One of our favourite projects to date.

The brief was simple but powerful, create a fully bespoke interior designed for both relaxation and entertainment. We custom built a kitchenette, desk, and TV unit, all crafted from the same wall finish (birch ply) used throughout the space, giving it a seamless, considered feel.

The room is designed for their teenage children, complete with a bathroom and hidden storage to maximise functionality without compromising on aesthetics.

A clean Scandinavian feel runs throughout, brought to life with handcrafted furnishings, cork tile flooring, and a blend of birch ply and mineral wall finishes across the walls and ceiling.

And honestly… the client’s taste made this one easy to love ❤️

Featuring a clean top overhang, subtle decking step, and our signature charred timber cladding, the space balances function with sharp architectural detail.

When we first spoke with Louise, a luxury space was the main thing she was looking for. She wanted her garden room to feel like a seamless extension of her home, not just an add-on.

Heritage-style bi-fold doors, floor-to-ceiling glazing, herringbone flooring and bespoke architraves, every detail elevated.

Marc for Acro Builds 🏠

One of our favourite builds due to how unique this project was. Marc commissioned two Acro rooms — one as a dedicated home office, and the other as a workshop and garage space.

We designed them as twin like structures, standing side by side, showcasing some of our signature architectural details, the sedum roof, framed overhang, and clean, minimalist form that defines every Acro build.

Projects like this are a reminder that a garden room can be anything, a workspace, a creative studio, or a fully functional extension of your home.
