🏠 A Fresh New Finish in Locking Village 👌
Before, during and after on this gable end, and what a difference the finished render makes!
We rendered the full gable end using Weber coloured render in Ivory, giving the property a clean, fresh finish that works really well with the existing exterior.
One of the benefits of using a coloured render is that the colour is part of the finished system, so there’s no need to paint over it afterwards. Just a smart, consistent finish ready to go. 👌

🏠 Matching New With Existing 👌
This property in Elborough Village had previously had some external repair work carried out, but unfortunately the finish didn’t match the existing render and stood out for all the wrong reasons.

We hacked off the previous repair and re-rendered the area, finishing it with a rough cast texture to blend much more naturally with the existing exterior. 👌

When you’re repairing an existing finish, getting the texture right is just as important as getting the repair itself right.

🏠 Before, During & After 👌
A proper transformation on this property in Blackford!
We started by hacking off the existing render before re-rendering the property using red sand and finishing with a Tyrolean finish to give the exterior its fresh new look.

The curved reveals and corners needed a little extra attention to get just right, but they really finish the job off nicely. 👌

🛠️ Damaged Ceiling, Carefully Repaired 👌
When part of a ceiling comes down, it doesn’t always mean everything around it has to go with it.
For this repair, we removed and made good the damaged area before plastering the ceiling to leave it with a clean, smooth finish.
Importantly, we were also able to work around and keep the existing decorative cornice for the customer, retaining the original character of the room rather than replacing it unnecessarily.
