Have your costs creeped?

Size doesn’t always matter in planning! 🏡✨

Landowners: Are you sitting on a goldmine?
Even a small site (0.25+ acres) can be transformed with the right Promotion Agreement.

Most people think they have to sell to a developer at a discount or navigate the nightmare of planning permission themselves. Nope!

Why a Promotion Agreement is your best friend:

• ✅ Zero Risk: We fund the entire planning process. If we don’t get permission, you owe us nothing.

• ✅ Aligned Interests: We only make money if you make more money.

• ✅ Market Value: We sell your land on the open market to the highest bidder—not just one builder.
Don’t let your land sit idle while the market moves.

🚀 Want to know if your site qualifies? Drop a “LAND” in the comments or send me a DM for a free, no-obligation site appraisal.

The best time to winter-proof your home? Right now. Don’t wait for the first frost to realise your listed property is drafty. According to , summer is the perfect time for making energy-efficient changes.
While the sun is out, here is your Heritage Winter-Ready Checklist:
1. Draught-Proofing (Dry surfaces!): Use the dry weather to apply draught strips and seals. Adhesives and caulks bond far better to warm, dry frames than damp, cold ones.
2. Curtain Upgrades: Order your thermal linings now. Beating the autumn rush means your windows will be “sweater-ready” before the temperature drops.
3. Shutter Service: Summer is the perfect time to ease and adjust original wooden shutters. Lubricate the hinges and ensure they close tight to trap air this winter.
4. The Loft Check: It’s much safer (and dryer) to install sheep’s wool insulation in the summer. Ensure your roof space is ventilated now to prevent winter condensation.
5. Secondary Glazing: Install it now to enjoy the soundproofing benefits all summer, and you’ll have the thermal barrier ready the second the heating goes on.
Preparation is the ultimate energy saver. Tap the link in bio for the guide to seasonal maintenance.

Frome’s architecture is really starting to... crack. 🥚 Is this the £10m “eggsabition” space we never knew we needed? Located right in the heart of town, complete with a giant topiary rabbit to keep watch. Is this a vision of Frome’s future, or just an elaborate April Fool’s yolk?
Let us know in the comments: Is it an architectural masterpiece or a total scramble?
