Join our Team: Part Time Gardener
I have a small gardening company and am looking for the right person to join our team of gardeners. We cover the area's of Westbury, Warminster, Trowbridge and Frome.
You will be provided with a small round of properties and equipment, you will be expected to maintain those gardens as the customer requires.
The season is just about to get very busy so you can work as little or as often as wish, as long as the companies requirements are met you decide what days you work.
A full driving licence and your own transport is a requirement of the role.
You will receive a very competitive hourly rate.
Skills and qualifications
Gardeners spend a lot of time outdoors and on their feet. A special love of green spaces makes this profession a true passion. Successful gardener candidates will need the following skills:
Be agile with their hands
Have the ability to operate and maintain machinery/equipment
Some knowledge of garden plants, flowers, shrubs etc. would be beneficial but not essential.
Have a sense of customer service
Follow instructions and be able to work in a group
Have strength, stamina and agility
Have knowledge and understanding of the appropriate safety and security measures

HELP! ..Today Wednesday 6th September between 10.15 and 10.45 am I had a set of Large , aluminium HENCHMAN Ladders, a Stihl Motor and Leaf blower attachment, along with 2 x Stihl Hedge Cutters stolen from the back of my van whilst it was parked in a private property in Mells, ( Frome Side) of Somerset.

The Location was secluded so this was not an opportunist theft but it was certainly planned.

It has been reported to the police and I am in the process of collating CCTV from the area. With luck the thieves will be identified and arrested.

If you were in the area and witnessed this theft or indeed are offered the items for sale please let me know.

I will check Facebook and local Car Boot Sales. This is my livelihood and I am determined to catch those responsible for the theft.
