*boiler service
*radiators and system checked for operation and bled
*Any stuck thermostatic radiator valves freed off and oiled (where possible )
*Water system health check to test inhibitor/corrosion levels
*external e

xpansion vessels checked/recharged
*magnetic filter cleaned

Seals and ignition probes may be required at additional costs, depending on age of appliance or if specified by manufactures.
