We are seeking a skilled chef on a freelance basis, providing 2/3 course meals for hen parties hosted at our holiday let. With group sizes ranging from 10 to 20 guests, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and create delicious dishes that will delight our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and execute 2/3 course meals tailored to the preferences of each hen party group.
- Source high-quality ingredients, emphasizing fresh and locally sourced produce whenever possible.
- Provide exceptional customer service, accommodating any dietary restrictions or special requests from guests.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef, with a focus on English/Italian cuisine and BBQ.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
