Project Complete | Hatton Garden Shop Fit-Out ✅

Another commercial fit-out successfully completed by the Comfort Air Solutions team, this time for a new shop in Hatton Garden, London.

The project included:
✔️ 2 Toshiba Mini VRF systems
✔️ 4 wall-mounted units
✔️ 2 ceiling cassettes
✔️ Alterations to existing HVAC equipment
✔️ Full installation, testing & commissioning

Our team worked alongside the refurbishment programme to get the HVAC package completed and ready for the final painting, decorating and finishing works.

🏋️‍♂️ Project Nearing Completion | New Gym Fit-Out

We’re nearing a completion of a full air conditioning installation as part of a new gym fit-out, delivering a high-performance climate control solution designed for both comfort and aesthetics.

🚨 Fault Diagnosis & Repair – Mitsubishi VRF System 🚨

Our team recently attended a site where a Mitsubishi VRF air conditioning system was suffering from low pressure, resulting in the indoor units not blowing cold air in cooling mode or hot air in heating mode.

After carrying out a full diagnostic, we completed a nitrogen pressure leak test and quickly identified the cause:

✅ A faulty Schrader valve was leaking refrigerant
🔧 Works completed:
• Full system fault finding & pressure checks
• Nitrogen leak test to confirm loss point
• Replacement / repair of leaking Schrader
• System evacuation & vacuum test
• Correct refrigerant recharge to manufacturer specification
• Full operational testing across heating & cooling modes

✅ Result:
The system is now fully functional again, delivering reliable heating & cooling performance as intended.
