🏗️ Project Progress Update – Morrisons MFG Aberystwyth

We are now six weeks into the 18-week construction programme at the Morrisons MFG Aberystwyth site, and the development is progressing well.
MBH Design Studio has been appointed to provide the full design, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services for this exciting project, which includes:

⚡ New EV charging hubs
🍔 A new Burger King
🚗 A new valet service facility

It is great to see this project taking shape on site as we work closely with MFG, the contractor and the wider project team to keep the development moving safely and efficiently towards completion.

We look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.

We're delighted to welcome Johnathan to the team as a Quantity Surveyor. He brings a wealth of commercial experience to the client facing world of cost management and employer's agent work.

Working with our Head of Commercial, Johnathan will be involved in a range of exciting projects including EV infrastructure and forecourt redevelopment schemes, whilst working towards his RICS APC qualification.

After a long and challenging process, we’re pleased to share that our Gateway 2 application for this site has been approved.
We're proud to have acted as Principal Designer and supported the team in achieving this key milestone.

✔️ Project: Fife Road
✔️ Description: Demolition and redevelopment in Kingston-Upon-Thames city centre, to create a 200‐unit, 8‐storey co-living accommodation with retail/restaurant space on the ground floor.

We now look forward to progressing towards the next stage and commencement of construction, in due course.
