Customer Visits by Aaron our Sales & Marketing Coordintor

"So I am out on customer visits today and I am walking into the office of long term customers Van Monkey Limited (Van Leasing & Sales) in Stourbridge. I then step into managing director Carl's office only to be confronted by a sea of this certain teams colours wherever I look. I walked back out for a second as this is what nightmares are made of (being as I am a life long Wolves fan)

But football rivalries aside we had a good catch up, laugh and chat about how the commercial vehicle world is going in general (and no I didn't mention the recent Black Country derby win by Wolves 😁, I can't go upsetting our customers now)

But overall it was great to catch up and chat Carl, much appreciated and your custom and support is always appreciated as well".

High Standards & Quality. It's what we do.

Nice job completed for our long term returning customers at Intergas Heating UK, adding new vans to their fleet and coming to us to get them all kitted out

The quality Rhino Products MR4 Shelving installed, with two Armorgard Ltd secure storage draws. Along with the vans being Ply Lined and a black Wisadeck floor installed, both designed, manufactured and installed by our technicians and finished with aluminium trim

Really nice finish as always by our workshop team and technicians

Great to be out on the road last week visiting our customers, checking in and taking a few goodies for them as well.

One of the customers we visited were Connor and Paul at Marshall VW Commercial in Oxford. Aaron our Sales & Marketing Coordinator took Leanne our Accounts Administrator along on the road as this is one of her key customers.

"It's an important part of our relationship with our customers, having that face to face contact. Making sure we are meeting all the needs and demands they are asking of us.

We like to know that we are doing the best job possible offering the highest standards and quality products. We also want to see if we can improve in anyway as well"
