🏠⚡ This is exactly why EICRs matter...

During a recent EICR on a rental property, we identified several electrical issues that the landlord had no idea were there.

Everything appeared to be working normally, but our testing uncovered faults that required attention. We explained the findings to the landlord, carried out the necessary remedial work and made sure the installation was safe and compliant.

⚡ When choosing an electrician, price shouldn’t be the only deciding factor.

We all want a good deal, but with electrical work, the cheapest quote isn’t always the one that saves you money.

It’s worth asking why one quote is cheaper. Are they qualified? Are they registered? Are they insured? Will the work be properly tested and certified? And most importantly, will it be done safely?

Poorly completed electrical work can mean paying someone else to put it right later, turning that cheaper quote into a much bigger bill.
