🍽️ Commercial Kitchen Supply & Installation

We were contacted by a customer looking for a price to fit a new kitchen in their commercial unit. After discussing their requirements, the size they wanted and their preferred colour, we got a price back to them the very same day! 💪

The customer was happy to go ahead, and we had the kitchen fitted the following week! ✅

But we didn’t stop there… 👇

🚰 The building had no hot water, so we also:
🔹 Supplied and fitted a compact under-counter water heater.
🔹 Connected the heater to the new kitchen sink.
🔹 Extended the hot water supply to the bathroom sink.

Another project completed, giving the customer a practical new kitchen and hot water where it was needed!

PORCH REPAIR & RESTORATION – ANOTHER JPS PROJECT COMPLETED! 🔨🏡

We’ve recently completed a full repair and repaint of this customer’s front porch, transforming tired and deteriorating woodwork into a smart, fresh and well-protected entrance to the property.

The existing porch had areas of damaged and deteriorating timber, peeling paint and cracking, so rather than simply painting over the problems, we carried out the necessary preparation and repairs first.

🛠️ The work included:

✔️ Removal of loose and failing paint
✔️ Repairing damaged timber and areas of deterioration
✔️ Filling and repairing cracks and imperfections
✔️ Thorough preparation and sanding
✔️ Preparation of all surfaces ready for painting
✔️ Full repaint of the porch and surrounding timberwork
✔️ Detailed finishing around the decorative mouldings and trim
✔️ Final coats applied to leave a clean, durable and professional finish

The porch has now been given a complete refresh, with the deep green finish really bringing out the character of the property and complementing the existing door and brickwork. 👌🏡

A BIG thank you to the two young lads from Wem Car Washing who came out this evening to give our work van a wash! 🚐✨

They did a fantastic job and the van is looking absolutely brilliant! You could tell they took real pride in their work, and for two young lads, they were extremely polite, professional and hardworking. 👏

Another quality fencing project completed by JPS – Jord’s Property Solutions 🔨

For this job, we installed a full run of 5ft fencing, designed to be both durable and visually clean. The build included:

• 8ft concrete posts for maximum strength and longevity
• 5ft timber fence panels for a neat, uniform finish
• 1ft concrete gravel boards to protect the panels from ground moisture and extend lifespan
