A complete exterior transformation in Walthamstow.
This property required far more than a straightforward redecoration. Years of weather exposure had caused extensive paint failure and significant deterioration to a number of the original timber elements, particularly around the sash windows and decorative porch details.
The project involved thorough preparation, removal of failed coatings, extensive timber repairs, restoration of damaged areas and the removal and replacement of two glass panels where required.
Once the necessary repairs had been completed, the exterior was fully redecorated to achieve a clean, durable and professional finish while retaining the character of the property.
The difference between the condition on arrival and the completed result is substantial, and this project is a great example of why correct preparation and repair work are so important when undertaking exterior decorating.
At BMH Painting & Decorating Ltd, we believe in carrying out the work properly from the outset rather than simply covering over existing problems.
A huge transformation and another exterior brought back to life.
