Dear Valued Customers,

After two and a half incredibly meaningful years, I wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you.

It has been an absolute pleasure to serve you, get to know so many of you, and be part of your lives in some small way. Your continued support, kindness, loyalty, and trust have meant more to me than I can truly put into words. I will always be incredibly grateful for the wonderful customers I have had the privilege of meeting along the way.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I have made the difficult decision to step back from the company for the time being. This is not a decision I have taken lightly, and walking away is certainly not easy.

I want to reassure you that this is not goodbye forever — it is simply goodbye for now. I sincerely hope that, in a few years’ time, circumstances will allow me to return. I would love nothing more than to see some familiar faces again and continue where I left off.

Until then, please know how much I appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for making the last two and a half years so special and for being such an important part of my journey.

This is goodbye for now, but hopefully not goodbye forever.

📢 Payment Policy Update

Due to the increasing amount of time I’m having to spend chasing outstanding payments, I’m introducing a stricter payment policy.

With immediate effect, payment must be made on the day your job is completed, no later than the end of that day.

Unfortunately, I can no longer spend time chasing payments, as it takes valuable time away from running my business and serving other customers.

If payment is not received by the end of the day the work is completed, it will be treated as overdue and may affect future bookings.

Thank you to everyone who already pays promptly—your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation.

Due to the Red Weather Warning in place for Wednesday and Thursday, I have made the decision to stop work at midday on both days to ensure the safety of myself and my customers.

Any appointments scheduled after 12:00pm will need to be rescheduled. I will be contacting affected customers directly to arrange an alternative date and time.

🌿 Project Start – Communal Garden Clearance 🌿

We’ve recently completed the first stage of a garden transformation for a communal area serving a block of flats.

The space was heavily overgrown and cluttered, so we’ve carried out a full clearance—removing all unwanted plants, weeds, and debris that the customer no longer wanted to keep. This has completely opened up the area, creating a much cleaner and more usable space for residents to enjoy.

This is just the beginning of the project. We’ll be returning soon to carry out rotavating, levelling, and seeding to establish a fresh, healthy lawn and turn this into a relaxing outdoor space for everyone.

Looking forward to bringing this area back to life—watch this space for the next stage! 🌱
