Heads Up Somerset happy to contribute to such a special charity

LOCAL BUSINESSES MAKING A BIG DIFFERENCE!

At Heads Up Somerset, we're incredibly grateful for the local businesses that help keep our small charity running.

This month, a HUGE thank you goes to Ross Can Handy Man, who has generously donated commerical sized essentials, including tea, coffee, sugar, cheese and bottled water!

But Ross's generosity doesn't stop there!

He regularly donates wood for our woodworking groups, helping our clients enjoy creative and meaningful activities.

He also gives his time to help with maintenance and those all-important jobs around our centre.

Another boxing-in job recently completed, this time for a new customer 🔨

A nice, neat finish to tidy everything away, with an access panel incorporated into the boxing so everything remains accessible if needed in the future.

And a special mention to the customer’s dog, who was especially helpful with passing the tools… although I’m not sure he’s quite ready for his own tool belt just yet! 🐶🔨😂

Always good to meet new customers and hopefully the first of many jobs together! 👌

A bit of boxing-in recently completed for some of my regular customers

Neat, tidy and finished off properly with an access panel incorporated into the boxing, so everything is still easily accessible if needed in the future.

It’s the little details that make the difference… and future-proofing the work is always a bonus!

It’s been a busy old time at Ross Can HQ!

The phone’s pinging, the messages are rolling in, the jobs are piling up and I’m fairly sure I need an extra pair of hands… or at least a PA, a secretary and possibly a clone of myself! 😂

Between juggling jobs, enquiries, quotes and messages, I’ll be honest, sometimes a message slips through the net. I promise I’m not ignoring anyone (even if my inbox might suggest otherwise!). I do my best to get back to everyone as quickly as I can, so if you’re waiting on a reply, please give me a nudge!

But then reviews like these come in, and it reminds me exactly why I do what I do. ❤️

Running Ross Can isn’t always plain sailing, but the support, kind words and fantastic customers make every bit of the juggling act worthwhile.

Another fence job for some great returning customers and just look at the snack hamper I was treated to each day!

The old fence was looking a little worse for wear… wobbly, unstable and definitely ready for retirement!

Out with the old and in with a strong, sturdy new fence that should keep things looking smart for many years to come.

A big thanks to my customers for having me back again repeat business and recommendations mean the world to me.

A little porch freshen up despite the unpredictable weather! 🌦️

Managed to dodge the April showers by getting stuck into a few extra jobs while I was there. Always great working with returning customers really appreciate the continued support.
