Whether you're struggling with your mental health, feeling isolated, looking for advice, or simply unsure where to turn, support is available locally.

Jem from Mind in Somerset offers:
✔ Mental health support and guidance
✔ Signposting to local and specialist services
✔ Support to access the right help
✔ Information on wellbeing and community support
✔ A friendly, confidential conversation

Appointments and drop-ins are welcome, although visitors may be asked to wait if Jem is supporting someone else.

No referral is required.

Kings Arms Community Hub continues to work with local partners to bring support services closer to the community and ensure residents can access help when they need it.

Anyone who looks after a family member or friend who has a mental or physical illness, a disability, an addiction, or requires additional support as they age, is a carer.

This year the theme for is Building Carer Friendly Communities.

Between Monday 8th and Friday 12th June, we will be offering daily drop-in sessions at the Kings Arms Community Hub where you can find out about:
• Local support for unpaid carers
• Micro Provider care support in Wellington
• Becoming a carer
• ‘Wellington Cares’ project
• Partner support organisations
• Future plans for local community care support
