🔥 KIEM PROJECT | WIVELISCOMBE — STAGE 2 🔥
Another quality project underway in Wiveliscombe, with the next stage of this lime-rendered property getting the Kiem treatment it deserves.
The system is being applied in line with the specification provided by our Kiem representative, with every stage carried out to the highest standard — as always. 👌
🧱 THE KIEM SYSTEM
Stage 1: Kiem Fixativ — providing the ideal primer and preparation for the mineral coating system.
Stage 2: Two coats of Kiem Soldalit — a highly breathable, durable mineral paint system, particularly well suited to lime render and traditional substrates.
Over the next three days, we’ll take this freshly rendered surface through to a fully finished, weather-resistant protective coating, helping safeguard the property for many years to come. 💪🏡

We’re proud to be working on one of Wiveliscombe’s most recognisable heritage landmarks – The Old Brewery Tower on Golden Hill. 🧱🏰
Our specialist heritage team is currently carrying out essential maintenance works, including traditional repointing to preserve the historic masonry. Once complete, the tower will be protected with our bespoke Ecoprotex Hydrophobic Masonry Cream, specifically selected for this property.
Our breathable treatment allows the masonry to perform exactly as it should while providing long-lasting waterproof protection against the South West’s harsh weather conditions. The appearance of the building remains unchanged, but its future is secured for years to come.

Project Completed – What a Transformation! ✨
Our latest project in Taunton is now complete, with our Ultra Hydrophobic Breathable Coating professionally applied, leaving this property fully protected and looking fantastic.
Following the completion of our lime render repairs and full spar dash restoration, we applied our specialist breathable coating in Cotswold Cream using our advanced airless spray system. The result is a beautiful, uniform finish that not only enhances the appearance of the property but also provides long-lasting weather protection while allowing the building to breathe naturally.
