Is your lawn in need of some tlc? Renovations can be an affordable alternative to returfing. Our 7 stage process takes the turf right back to its roots 😉 and builds it back up again leaving your lawn better than its looked in years. So if you’re a bit unsure of what’s best for your lawn get in contact

*Scarify - removes dead grass and thatch
*Mow - reduces the existing grass height
*Scarify - A 45 degree angle to maximise thatch removal
*Mow - clears any remaining thatch
*Aerate - spikes holes for new seed and to aid over compacted soil
*Overseeding - New seed to replace the grass that has been removed
*Top Dressing - A compost Layer to cover the seed from pests and to keep it damp
*Drag Mat - Drags the top dressing and seed into the aeration holes and stops the seed sitting on top of any remaining grass
*Granular Fertilizer - To give the new seed plenty of nutrients and the best start

This is ideal for very old spongy lawns or patchy areas.
