Good afternoon.
Day two of the biannual wildflower mowing Jetty Field, Braunston. I suspect everyone is used to this now. Much earlier than usual this year, as the weather dictates! Please be vigilant and take care of small children, people cycling, scooting around and dogs off the lead! Our 🚜 and collector with flashing lights, cutting and lifting is both noisy and quite an obstacle. It is more difficult to see than to be seen. Please take good care.
A plea for help, we lost some tools ( specially adapted lump hammer, adjustable spanner, somewhere between Jetty Field and Ashby Road. Please if you have found them or hear of them being found can you contact us or pop and see Michael whilst he is mowing. He'll be mowing Butlins Hill and Nibbets Lane field in the next day or so.
