Formwork all complete by matty Simpson.type 2 stone used with type 1 stone compacted in layers a few more tonnes, then steel mesh laid on top of stone with membrane then ready for c40 concrete mix.

All complete now rad fitted by Cian McBrine electrics all complete by Michael Magee and Ben's Build completed rest of works,toilet was originally on opposite wall drains got changed round opening bricked up and new doorway formed .one our exsisting customer now can utilise without going outside then in toilet all operationally from inside his house any enquiries please contact us

Underway new resin driveway ,exsisting creteprint broken out subbase had inadequate mot 50mm deep of mixed brickshale and close to dpc.1 grab away already another one to go.Fresh type 1 deleveried,with a stabilising membrane installed.any enquiries please contact Ben's Build
