🏗️ Roof deck progress — joists up, boarding down, insulation going in.

A lot goes into a roof before anyone sees the finished result and this week the team pushed through every stage, start to finish.

➡️ Swipe through to watch this roof structure come together, stage by stage.

🔹 Scaffold erected and timber joists framed up first
🔹 Plywood decking fixed down, sheet by sheet, across the full structure
🔹 Every joint carefully taped and sealed against the weather
🔹 Insulation boards now going in, ready for the next phase of the build

That's the standard. Every project, every time🤝

More updates to follow as the build progresses 🏗️

🏗️ Progress Update: From bare slab to boarded walls 🔨

From foundations to framed walls in a matter of weeks—here's a look at how this build has come together on site.

🔹 Timber Frame Begins — stud walls shooting up off the slab
🔹 Frame Taking Form — the full footprint finally visible
🔹 Corner Walls Up — panels braced, squared, and ready to fly
🔹 Corner Panels Rising — OSB going up fast on the deck
🔹 Boarding Complete — the full external wall run wrapped up
🔹 Window Opening Formed — first glazing point cut in, watertight stage in sight! 🪟

Great work from the team getting this superstructure up and watertight-ready!

More updates to follow as we move into the next phase👷 👀

We're so close to our fundraising target!

Family businesses are built on teamwork, and sometimes that means getting the whole family involved for a great cause.

Last weekend, the BMC Projects team swapped tools for inflatables as we took on a 15K inflatable challenge to raise money for one of our fantastic customers, The Ark Centre - RSPCA.

Seeing first hand the passion and dedication behind The Ark Centre made every obstacle worthwhile, and we're incredibly proud to be able to support the work they do, rehabilitating and rehoming thousands of vulnerable animals every year. They give them the second chance they deserve.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲!

Every contribution, whether it's £1 or £500, makes a genuine difference and helps The Ark continue providing lifesaving care for animals who need it most.

Thank you so much to everyone who has already supported us. Your generosity really does mean the world.

The BMC Projects team are downing tools to support one of our fantastic customers as we take part in a 15K inflatable charity challenge on Saturday 11th July 2026, raising funds for the incredible work of The Ark Centre - RSPCA.

The centre does amazing work rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming thousands of animals every year, giving vulnerable animals a second chance at life. We’re proud to support their mission and help raise awareness for everything they do for animals in need.

Anything you can give, whether it’s £1 or £500, would mean a huge amount to us and, most importantly, to the animals who rely on their care and support. Every donation helps them continue their incredible work.

Thank you all in advance for your support.
