So pleased to let you know that the parking restriction has now been lifted from the parking bays outside our shops! You can now park here for 2 hours without getting a ticket! 🙌
It’s been SO frustrating watching our lovely customers being given tickets simply for pulling up outside our shops.

We know money is tight for so many people right now, and we honestly can’t thank you enough for continuing to shop local and support small businesses where you can.
So to then see customers being fined for simply coming into our shops, because someone decided to put a ticketed parking restriction in place for “roadworks” that actually NEVER took place, has been an absolute disgrace!

We’d really like to know from & Countryside - Hampshire County Council who were responsible for this decision and why it was allowed to happen? Simple bollards have been used for previous road maintenance, so why was this handled differently?

It’s tough enough running a small business these days without having our customers penalised for trying to support us. Seeing parking wardens handing out tickets to people who are simply trying to shop local has honestly made my blood boil!

But thankfully, the spaces are back! ❤️
We really hope this hasn’t put anyone off continuing to use your local businesses.

We’re still here, we’re still open and we’re ready to serve you!
