the retail market on a supply only basis. When we obtain a large contract we have to buy flooring in large quantities, usually direct from the manufacturer, we have built up strong partnerships with a number of the world's leading flooring product manufacturers. These close links along with our bulk purchasing power have lead to us negotiating some great deals, obviously the larger the quantities the cheaper we can get the flooring that is required. With this in mind we are now buying in double the amount that we need at a vastly reduced price.
