er. There are a number of flat roofing systems Seal specialise in all using rubber. Resitrix is one of the systems we use to ensure your home stays dry. It's similar in some ways to the more popular EPDM rubber membrane as the core material is the same, it's highly durable and also has a similar life expectancy. The main difference is that the resitrix comes in rolls and the seams are heat welded. Resitrix is effectively the new and improved "torch on felt". Duoply is another extremely successful flat roofing system. The EPDM rubber is reinforced with a fleece-like material which will add strengh, but like the resitrix it comes in rolls with new and improved seam tape proven to be atleast 30% stronger than traditional seams e.g "torch on felt".
