Three days on site... and plenty of progress already!
Here’s a snapshot of what the team has been busy with on one of our latest projects:
✔️ Lifted the top floor floorboards, removed old nails, and started reboarding.
✔️ Removed the remaining plaster from the walls.
✔️ Knocked down a basement wall ready for the next phase.
✔️ Moved and sorted reclaimed bricks.
✔️ Cleared debris from the ground and first floors.
✔️ Cleaned out the basement and loaded waste into the skip.
✔️ Completed reboarding in one top floor room and moved straight into the next.
✔️ Dismantled the access tower once work was complete.
✔️ Swept and tidied the stairs and all rooms from the ground floor upwards.
✔️ Continued lifting floorboards, removing nails, and reboarding the second top floor room.
✔️ Carried out roof works to keep the project moving forward.
It might not be the glamorous stage of the build, but it’s the hard graft that lays the foundations for everything that follows. We’re excited to keep sharing the progress with you as this project develops!
