Highlighted in an EICR last year we found multiple downlights that had been poorly connected with thermal effects in this 3 storey house 👀

Unfortunately, this is something we come across far more often than we should.

Not every job goes to plan… 🤦‍♂️

On this project, our extractor fan duct route had already been cored and installed.

Then the plasterboard went up… 😬

Then the tilers tiled straight over the hole… 😳

At this point most people would be facing damaged tiles, extra costs and delays.

Fortunately, after a lot of patience and a few nervous moments, we managed to core the hole from the outside in and reconnect everything without damaging the finished wall

Sometimes the hardest part of the job isn’t the installation itself—it’s finding a solution when things don’t quite go to plan.

From the first enquiry to installation day, we aim to make the process as simple as possible. 😀

For this project, we helped the customer choose the right charger, sourced it at a competitive price, and completed the installation ready for the day they collected their new electric car 🚗⚡

We installed one of our preferred chargers – the ePod – providing smart charging, easy app control and a neat finish.

What really matters to us is the service after the installation too. We always take the time to ensure customers understand how everything works and are confident using their new charger.
