Latest bathroom complete again in Lymm.

A clean, modern bathroom featuring a 1600 bath positioned next to a sleek walk-in shower with glass doors. One wall boasts a striking wallpapered feature creating an eye-catching focal point. The other walls are painted in a neutral tone ( or will be when the plaster dries 😃) to balance the boldness. Pastoral grey-green cupboard fronts subtly complement the wallpaper while bringing warmth and a hint of rustic charm. The bath has a matching grey-green panel, tying the space together. Contemporary fixtures in chrome and brushed chrome trims accentuate the modern aesthetic, while a large mirrors above the sink visually expand the area. One I did last year. The customers just got round to decorating it so that why I’ve held off. Great look and low maintenance with the use of water wall panelling.

Last bathroom for 2024. Nice to be out of Lymm to be honest. Nice simple bathroom transformation. Very little plumbing that needed changing. Black and white theme. Great look. Not only do they create a striking contrast, but black absorbs light and white reflects it, encouraging the perfect balance for a harmonious haven. Thanks to Clifton Bathrooms, Warrington. Love these jobs. Comes under the category “Disabled Adaptation” and spend the majority of my training doing these 20 years ago. Life changing. Really simple! Bath out, shower tray in eliminating a full rip out but making good (and looking good) the affected area. As always introduced my token recessed storage shelf.

Another one finished. Before and after piccys. Finally persuaded the customer to have a recessed shelf which I think makes it aesthetically and has the obvious benefits of storage or decoration. (Lined in cement board and not plasterboard hint hint) The towel radiator is thermostatically controlled which is not the norm on towel warmers but using angled corner valves allows the valve not to stick out. Next post will be a bath out, shower tray in installation

Carried out the first fix a few weeks ago and just done the final fix for this small downstairs cloakroom. Can’t take credit for the panelling but I think the final look is spot on !!!!

Another one done. Pics before and after. Notice the insulation added to the stud wall cavity. Important factor I personally think more so for the sound proofing of a bathroom. Nice little job with a trademark recessed shelf lined with cement board And Not ! Plasterboard 👍
