🚨 Could your drainage be contributing to subsidence?

We were recently called out to a property following concerns about subsidence — and the drainage system was one of the first things we wanted to investigate.

Using a full CCTV drainage survey, we inspected the foul drainage network from end to end and uncovered multiple open joints within the pipework.

These defects can allow water to escape and surrounding ground to migrate into the drainage system, potentially contributing to ground instability.

🔧 The solution?
We’re now booking the remedial works to carry out a full reline of the foul drain, helping restore the integrity of the pipework without the need for extensive excavation.

We were called out to a blocked foul drain that was causing issues for the customer. After carrying out a full inspection, we identified a defect in the pipework as the root cause.

✅ Unblocked the foul drain
✅ Located the defect
✅ Repaired the damaged section using a CIPP patch repair – a no-dig, cost-effective solution that restores the pipe without the need for excavation.

✅ Another productive job done and dusted!

We recently visited a client to carry out a couple of resin repairs and give their drainage system a thorough full cleanse – ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Alongside that, we completed a full CCTV survey for a pre-purchase assessment, giving them total clarity on the condition of the drains before any commitments are made.

What made the day even better? Our lovely clients surprised us with a batch of delicious homemade samosas – such a thoughtful gesture, they went down a treat! 😋
