✅ Loft insulation topped up and levelled to a 300mm depth throughout
✅ 450 sq ft of raised/legged loft boarding installed, maximising usable storage space
✅ Hard-wired 4ft LED light and switch installed
✅ 30 loft vents fitted to improve airflow and help reduce condensation
