There’s a special kind of pride when you spot one of your team being mentioned by name in a client’s five-star Trustpilot review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Huge shout-out to James, who was recognised for being “efficient and friendly throughout” while fitting a customer’s water meter.

For us, this is what great service looks like. It’s not just about completing the job properly — it’s about how you treat the customer while you’re doing it.

When someone takes the time to leave a review and specifically mention one of our plumbers, it means a lot. It’s a brilliant reflection of James, the standards he works to, and the attitude our team brings to site every day.

Well done, James — recognition thoroughly deserved. 👏

Customer feedback is incredibly important to us at MGC Developments.

Since launching our client survey, it’s been fantastic to hear directly from our customers about their experience working with us — and even better to receive feedback like this:

“Great work. MGC dealt with unexpected issues very well and the reinstatement was completed to a first-class level. Many thanks to all involved.”

Feedback like this does much more than recognise the hard work of our team. It gives us valuable insight into what we’re doing well, where we can continue to improve, and how we can deliver an even better service for our clients.

The information gathered through our surveys also plays an important role in supporting our accreditations, demonstrating our commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement, and helping us shape the future direction of the business.

A huge thank you to every client who takes the time to share their thoughts with us — your feedback genuinely helps us move forward.

Great to be working in Bath, carrying out network upgrades along the riverbank pathway under a full footpath closure.

Safety and environmental responsibility are at the heart of the job, with battery-powered tools and plant being used throughout to help minimise noise, emissions and impact on the surrounding area.

With a NRSWA-qualified team managing the works and VacEx excavation being used to reduce the risk of service strikes, we’re able to work safely in what is a heavily congested underground service area.

A well-planned job, strong teamwork and the right equipment making all the difference.

Whilst everyone’s talking about the hot weather, MGC is already one step ahead and planning for the winter months.

We’ve increased our 4x4 fleet, ensuring our teams are ready to tackle challenging access and difficult conditions when the weather turns.

Whatever the weather, we’re prepared to keep moving. ❄️🚙

Great to be at VacEx HQ recording a new podcast focused on underground utilities, innovation, and how the industry is evolving. 🎙️

We had a really interesting conversation around new technology, smarter ways of working, and the innovation helping to shape the future of the underground utilities sector.

Plenty to unpack in this one, and I’m really excited for the episode to be released.

Keep your eyes peeled… coming soon! 👀

Saying goodbye to your trusty work horses 🐎

Reliability starts long before we arrive on site.

Our fleet is a vital part of how we deliver for our clients every day. Keeping our vehicles well maintained, compliant and ready to go means our teams can be where they need to be, when they need to be there.

For us, fleet management isn’t just about vehicles — it’s about reliability, continuity and keeping our promises to our clients.

Whether it’s planned works, reactive requirements or supporting projects across multiple locations, having a dependable fleet helps us respond quickly and maintain the level of service our clients expect.

A lot goes on behind the scenes to keep the wheels turning — quite literally — and it’s an important part of delivering consistently.

Concrete repairs completed with a raked finish — a first for the team, and we’re really pleased with the result.

Our qualified concrete finishers delivered a clean, consistent finish, with careful attention around the edges, existing surfaces and drainage points.

Always good to take on something slightly different and see it come together well.

Great work by the team. 👏
