The a team been fitting out a newly built property this week over at the Taylor Wimpey development at Canford Vale.

In 3 days we transformed this property from dusty bare floors to show home first off by priming and smoothing the subfloor with uzin nc196. Upstairs had sp101 ply boarding to the ensuites and carpets to the bedrooms, lounge stairs and landing the the rest of the ground floor this classy dark grey herringbone lvt flooring 😍

A lvt refit this week, uplifting the old flooring, we then had to fully grind back the old adhesive residue before grind...

A lvt refit this week, uplifting the old flooring, we then had to fully grind back the old adhesive residue before grinding the subfloor nice and flat to remove and peaks or high spots.

We then primed and levelled using uzin nc196 which is an amazing compound for sorting out bad subfloors

Finished off with this nice grey oak effect lvt 😍

A tough job this week, uplifting the old fully stuck down vinyl flooring with the refina stripper, the old ply subfloor was delaminated in places where it was bonded so well so a skim of 1200 was needed to repair the ply before overboarding with sp101 5.5mm ply then we could install this lovely parquet lvt flooring scribed to the skirting boards with no silicone to ruin the finish

Appliances were removed, kickboards and doors trimmed and another happy customer 😍
