🔧 Boiler pressure dropping when you switch the heating back on?
Your heating may have barely been used over the summer, so the last thing you want is to turn it back on when the temperature drops… only to find your boiler keeps losing pressure. Don’t just keep resetting it and hope for the best.
Repeated pressure loss can be caused by a number of things, including:
💧 A leak somewhere in the heating system
🔧 An issue with the pressure relief valve
🌡️ A problem with another component of the system
Occasional pressure changes can be normal, but if you’re regularly having to top it up, there could be an underlying issue.
Heading into the colder months, if your heating isn't behaving as it should, Peacock Plumbing & Heating can help identify the problem.
