Tip of the day: be consistent in watering your plants correctly. Underwatering and overwatering are both not good practices.

BER (Blossom-end rot ) on tomatoes is not a disease but a physiological disorder. It starts as a little wet spot on the blossom end, which starts to darken brown, black and leathery. The main cause is irregular watering, along with some other environmental factors such as drought, heat, high light intensity, salinity and ammonia nutrition. You can still enjoy them by removing the affected parts and eating the rest.
