Massive thankyou to Dan Hill from DHPH plumbing and heating... returned call and was round within 10 minutes and sorted out our plumbing emergency. Absolutely brilliant customer service!! Just need to let the living room dry out now for a few days before I have to re-paint the whole room!!!

It’s been a little while since we’ve posted, so we’re checking in with you all to give you an update, and hope everyone is doing okay.

Over the last few weeks we have been able to visit customers who need help with plumbing and heating emergencies. If you have an emergency yourself, or know anyone who does, please reach out to us as we are here to help wherever we can. For those who need help but have to remain in isolation, please don't forget that we’re also offering a free FaceTime service to talk through any issues and help as much as possible remotely.

Please be assured that although we continue to visit these emergency jobs, we are going do with absolute care. The safety of our customers, community and teams come first so we are being sure to follow the government guidelines and our engineers continue to be health checked ahead of going out to any jobs.

Free FaceTime help during the Coronavirus:

We hope all of our contacts and customers are keeping safe and well!

It’s becoming increasingly difficult for a lot of people to get the help they need when they are having to self-isolate. We can’t bring you any toilet paper or a supply of pasta, but we can help to make sure your house is as comfortable as possible whilst you are having to spend more time than ever in it.

From now we are offering free FaceTime help for anyone who is self-isolating or vulnerable and doesn’t have heating and/or hot water.

We hope through offering this we can help our customers towards finding solutions when we can’t reach them. It might not work for everything, but we’ll make every effort we can.

If we can help you, or someone you know, just give us a call, FaceTime us, email us, or drop us a message on Facebook. And don’t forget, we’re on call 24 hours a day.

Coronavirus update

Hi everyone, in light of recent updates with COVID-19, and given that those in the trade industry struggle to avoid contact with multiple people per day, we wanted to share an update which we hope helps whilst also putting minds at ease:

- We are continuing to operate as normal, and will continue to do so until there’s a time when we’re told to stop! Our engineers are health checked daily before visiting any customers and hygiene is up kept as priority throughout the day.

- Please continue to contact us as you usually would: give us a call, drop us an email, or message us through Facebook. If any customers remain nervous through this time, and would prefer to discuss any enquiries through FaceTime rather than arrange a home visit, we’ll do our best where possible to accommodate (this will of course depend on your issue but we’ll be as flexible as we can).

- If for any reason you are a vulnerable person or calling on behalf someone who is vulnerable (be that elderly, unwell etc.) please just let us know when you speak with us and we will make sure we prioritise your issue during this time.

As always, for any queries or questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch, and don’t forget, we’re on call 24 hours a day.
