Felling of a large Ash tree for one of our local authority clients

Sweet chestnut monolith this morning for one of our local authority clients. The tree had large cavities in the base, the a monolith to 4 metres from ground level was to prevent the tree from a striking the roadside in the event of failure, leaving a standing stem for habitat with epicormic growths to take over in the future.
