Beautifully finished renovation project in the heart of Richmond, Kew Gardens 📍

Property was fully gutted out to its original look.

We then proceeded with a full new electrical re wiring ⚡️ and a full complete plumbing system 💧

Ground floor:

-Supporting wall dividing kitchen and reception area was knocked down to create a lovely open plan kitchen area.

-Garage was converted into a utility room as per building regulations with a false looking garage door as it is a conservation area.

-Full plumbed underfloor heating across the whole of ground floor.

-All walls and ceilings plastered and painters by us.

-All woodwork was fitted by us.

-Utility was fully bespoke and fitted out by us including a mega flow system of 350 litres 💧.

-Bespoke built units to match flow of the house and unoccupied space.

- LED box was created in hallway and ceiling above dining area for a beautiful and calming effect.

-Bathroom was fully modernised and fully fitted out by us using top quality sanitary ware.

-Kitchen was also fitted by us.

-Rear garden had a full complete renovation using our ideas with experience to create a peaceful place for client to spend quality time.

1st floor:

-Landing was completely rebuilt as there was previously a water tank occupying the space and door entrance for bathroom which then became part of the beautiful en-suite created by us.
Master bedroom with en-suite was previously two bedrooms and we had to knock down a wall to create master bedroom.

-Reception room has a full surround system in ceiling and behind tv unit that was also bespoke and built by us using suitable materials to avoid and block any sound penetrating through party walls.
Reception room also had a little pantry fitted with a small sink and an under counter fridge.

2nd floor:

-Landing was also altered to give this floor a more spacious and luxury look by being bathroom and bedroom wall to a slight angle.

-All bedrooms and bathrooms fitted by us and finished by us.

Property also had a complete new roof and new windows all around.

Front garden and door was also re modernised to give property a beautiful welcoming.

SECOND FLOOR
- The entire property got was completely gutted out and newly refurbished.

- Sexond floor landing was re-built for a wider, more spacious and welcoming landing.

- All built in wardrobes in bedrooms and elsewhere with coving following shape of wardrobes and ceiling were done by us.

•- All woodwork like skirting, architraves and doors were fitted by us.

- All painting was done by us.

- Bathroom was fully fitted and installed by us with top quality sanitary ware.

- All new windows across the whole property were installed by us.

FIRST FLOOR
- Again, we had to take down one supportive wall to create a spacious master bedroom with an en suite.

- Full re - plaster of whole floor.

= - The bathroom, previously entered from the hall, is now accessible from the bedroom with a newly fitted sliding door. All entrances with sliding doors were widened and the sliding doors were fitted.

- We have done a full electrical re-wiring with a total of around 185 new electric points with a full wired surround system for the TV unit in the reception room.

- bespoke built tv unit that will house a beautiful fireplace and surround speakers around. (Soundproofing was created at rear to prevent noise passing to neighbours.

- The property got a completely new plumbing system including underfloor heating, new water softeners and its own thermostat in each floor to regulate the temperature throughout the year.
- All wardrobes were bespoke & built to suit the space and for extra storage.

- En - suite all fitted with top quality sanitary ware with a beautiful walk in shower.

- All paint and woodwork down by us.

We are pleased to share some images of our newly finished renovation project.
Within 6 months we managed to transform this place from being dark and outdated to bright and modern!

GROUND FLOOR
- Everything had to be ripped out and brought to a completely naked house. We took down one supportive wall in kitchen to create an inviting open space diner and made a wider opening into new open plan kitchen.

- The new kitchen, utility room and little kitchen in reception room were built by us. We installed a quooker tap in the kitchen that gives instant boiling and filtered water.

- The space next to the entrance area, previously functioned as a garage, was fully converted into a utility room and we've created false looking garage doors on the exterior as it is a conservation area and had to match.

- The whole ground floor has been equipped with an LED box along the entrance and kitchen ceiling for a beautiful soft lighting effect. Additionally, spotlights in kitchen area and utility were installed.
Also new plumbed underfloor heating across all ground floor.

- All bathrooms have top quality sanitary ware fitted by us.

- The garden was fully transformed from a jungle to an oasis with a bespoke pergola fitted and electric points available.

Extension complete!!
* Here's a single storey extension recently completed in Kew Gardens Richmond*
The existing conservatory was taken down to make space for the new extension which housed a lovely extra living space for kitchen area. Beautiful angled 3000mm × 3000mm sliding bi fold doors, anthracite tiled crown roof, electric underfloor heating in new extension leading into kitchen and beautifully finished interior to suit clients needs.

Interior finishes:
Underfloor heating throughout new extension and existing kitchen, 600×600 tiles throughout whole area, spotlights in new extension with feature down lights on party wall, 2 vertically fitted radiators on either side of extension wall, ogee skirting fitted and finally painted to clients choice.

Job complete in Northampton NN1 very happy customer with her new driveway.
Retaining wall around perimeter of driveway using London TBS weathered brick finished off with porcelain coping stones. 110 M2 driveway complete with grey block paving.
