Another happy customer today! I was recommended by the customer’s brother after their back door wouldn’t lock properly. The issue turned out to be a faulty gearbox on the multi-point lock.

A customer in Brownhills recently had a so-called “49er locksmith” turn up to repair a door cylinder. You know the ones — advertise £49, but once they arrive the price starts climbing fast.

We were called out to a property where a key had snapped inside the lock. After carefully working on the door, we successfully gained entry without damage 👍

The customer advised she only had one key, so a replacement was needed. We removed the old cylinder and installed a new 3⭐ anti-snap, anti-bump lock, giving her much better security and peace of mind 🛡️

This upgrade makes it far harder for intruders to gain entry in the future.
