ACG Windows & Doors / ACG Building Services would like to inform all customers and clients that Tim, formerly our Factory Manager, is no longer employed by or associated with our company in any capacity.
Please note that any private works, agreements, or arrangements undertaken directly with Tim are entirely separate from ACG Windows & Doors / ACG Building Services, and the company accepts no responsibility or liability for those works. However, where an official ACG invoice has been issued and a 50% deposit has been paid directly to ACG, we will continue to supply and fulfil the products as agreed, as this confirms the order was processed correctly through the company.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or issues experienced by anyone who may have dealt with Tim independently. At ACG, we pride ourselves on maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality products with efficient turnaround times and professional service.
