Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Lottie to the team for a week of work experience! 👏

During her time with us, she got a real insight into how our business operates and what it's like working in an office environment. From general office admin and operations to vehicle inspections, stock takes, PPE management, marketing, and much more, she got stuck into a bit of everything! 💼📋🚗📦

We love being able to give young people the opportunity to experience the working world and develop valuable skills and confidence for the future. It's always great to see the next generation getting involved!

Lottie was a fantastic asset to the team all week. She brought a great attitude, was eager to learn, and wasn't afraid to get involved in every task.

Slight video update.

In case you missed it, or if you'd like to relive an incredible day, here are the highlights from our Charity Golf Day! ⛳💚

A huge thank you to Techcare Digital for putting together this fantastic highlight video, giving us the chance to relive such a memorable day over and over again.

Hosted at the beautiful Whittington Heath Golf Club, the day was a huge success, and thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone involved, we raised an amazing £10,424.72!

This will fully fund a Medibed for Birmingham Children's Hospital and Charity—the goal we set out to achieve. The Medibed will help bring a little normality to children staying in hospital, giving them the opportunity to relax and watch the latest movies with their families during what can be a difficult time.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, donated, volunteered, and supported the event. Every single contribution helped make a real difference, and we couldn't have done it without you.

We're already looking forward to making next year's Charity Golf Day even bigger and better. See you on the course! 👏🏌️‍♂️

Due to continued growth, we're looking for 2 x Gold Card Electricians to join our team.

What we're looking for:
✅ Gold Card qualified electrician
✅ Solar PV experience preferred (training available for the right candidates)
✅ Experience with single-phase and three-phase installations
✅ Testing and inspection experience (2391 qualification preferred)
✅ Confident completing test certificates and associated paperwork
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Comfortable interacting with customers on a daily basis

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored a hole, donated, and helped make the day run so smoothly.

For our very first event hosted at Whittington Heath Golf Club, we genuinely couldn't have asked for it to go any better. The support, generosity, and enthusiasm shown throughout the day were incredible.

This is just a quick message to say thank you to everyone involved. We'll be sharing the final amount raised for Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital and Charity very soon, along with the official highlights film from the day, produced by Techcare Digital.

🐰🌸 The Easter Bunny has been busy at Ashby Electrical!

Looks like they've popped in and left a few goodies for the team… and built us a pretty impressive chocolate display while he was at it! 🍫🐣

Safe to say there are plenty of smiles around the office today. Hope everyone has a great Easter, and for anyone working over the break to stay safe.
