Latest renovation completed for a good friend of mine, he went with these stunning herringbone shower panels for the feature wall/shower area plus the concrete grey and together they look stunning 😍 new white vanity set, large grey designer radiator, large 1000x900mm shower cubicle and had to finish it with a led rear light up mirror to finish it. Also 6mm plyed the floor for some light concrete vinyl flooring with some pvc skirting as ceilings was higher than 2400mm and panels are only 2400mm.
Not only the bathroom we did a full new 110mm soil stack renewal as he wanted white and over the old faded black and also fitted some new outdoor taps hot & cold.

Another bathroom renovation from few weeks ago, worked with customer as they only wanted bathroom wet areas sorted but had some spare panels so gave a bit extra with bathroom suit, will be panelling rest of bathroom once funds available & ceiling. Also replaced existing spot lights with led spot lights, so updates to come soon but loads better and was on a budget for customer . 👍🏻

Another full bathroom renovation from few weeks ago for a landlord as property was suffering from damp/condensation as no window in bathroom. Tanked wet area, Fitted more powerful exactor fan to cope with ventilation and advised tenant to open windows more often. Bathroom Fitted with full shower panels and bathroom room suite with lvt click flooring.

Another full bathroom completed last week for a customer. First started by removing all tiles and existing panels for clean start, removed bath for shower enclosure as they no longer wanted a bath. Got rid of any pipework that was surface mounted and moved into wall for a clean finish. Customer opted for a full room shower panelling + ceiling so makes it very low maintenance no more painting. Also fitted the vinyl flooring,led mirror & black towel rail.

Job from few weeks ago, customer wanted a downstairs toilet/sink combo installed in there kitchen pantry/cupboard but there was no soil stack near location and customer didn’t want to headache or cost of digging garden up, so opted for a macerator. New hot and cold copper pipework & solvent weld waste pipe also lagged with Armaflex lagging to prevent freezing. Also fitted some Lino they had knocking around, painting and door to be fitted.

Few weeks late to upload but 2nd fix on the shower tray job I did recently installed for a customer as there builders plumber let them down before Christmas. (Builders did wall panels) I fitted new black shower screen, designer towel rail and mixer bar shower with rain fall head. Labour only job, remember we can do supply and fit or just labour only. If this is something you need doing get in touch 👍🏻

Big renovation job we did recently a lot of work went into this one,kitchen was from Wickes customer supplied all materials for the job. Job consisted of :-

• Ripped out old kitchen and utility and replaced with new to spec of kitchen plan.
• Fitted new white splash back rather than tiles.
• Fitted all new 8mm lvt flooring to the down stairs of property with no threshold strips just seamless floor throughout living,kitchen,utility & downstairs wc plus x2 bedrooms upstairs.
• Ripped out and replaced all skirting board to the down stairs of property to a newer modern style also helps to get better finish on skirting to avoid having beeding.
• Fitted boxing to cover pipes above kitching units and around downstairs wc with white pvc aqua panels so can be easily wiped down and no more having to be painted every year.
• Removed existing door and lining from kitchen to utility to make the the rooms as one and made all the difference rather than the expense of removing Walls.
• Removed old radiators in kitchen and downstairs wc for some new gray designer radiators.
• Tiling was done external company
• Electrics was done by Ant Highfield D & A Electrical

Job back from Feb, What we did for a customer as there council flat bathroom continued to keep getting Mould due to no outside window or extraction.
So we used the tile effect pvc shower/aqua panels on walls and gloss white panels for ceiling, so can be easily wiped down.
Fitted extractor fan with ducting to outside along with new low level led spot light.
We reused all bathroom suite as it’s a council property they could refuse to work on it if not original, We also reused the electric shower but put on opposite Wall with new rainfall shower riser rail along with shower screen, looks night and day if we don’t say so our selves.
Customer was getting Lino flooring fitted by flooring company.
