A little important update from us at S&L Windows Ltd…
Firstly, we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. Whether you’ve chosen us for your home improvements, recommended us to friends and family or simply followed our journey, we genuinely appreciate every one of you.
As many of you know, S&L Windows Ltd is a small family-run business. Alongside running the business, we’re raising four daughters and are also proud foster carers. Life is wonderfully busy, and over recent months we’ve realised it’s important for us to find a healthier balance between work and family life.
The demands of running a business have also had an impact on Shane’s mental health, and we’ve made the decision that now is the right time to make a few positive changes. Looking after our health and our family will allow us to continue doing what we love and providing the quality of work our customers know us for.
We’d also like to apologise to anyone who’s experienced slower replies or updates recently. We know our communication hasn’t always been as quick as we’d like, and we’re sorry if you’ve been left waiting. If you’re still waiting for a reply, an update or any paperwork, please bear with us—we’re working through everything and will get back to everyone as soon as we can.
We want to reassure everyone that S&L Windows Ltd is not closing. We’re still very much here and would love you to continue contacting us for your windows, doors and home improvement projects.
Going forward, we may be a little more selective about the work we take on. This isn’t because we’re slowing down completely—it’s simply so we can continue giving every customer the level of service and workmanship they deserve. If a job isn’t something we’re able to accommodate, we’ll happily recommend trusted fitters that we know personally and would confidently recommend ourselves.
If you’re already booked into our diary, nothing changes for you. We’re fully committed to every job we’ve agreed and look forward to completing your installation.
Above all, we’d like to ask for a little patience and kindness. Behind every small business is a real family doing their very best, and your understanding genuinely means more than you know.
