A job we done in December for at the time a wolves player matt doherty.

his roof got done a number of years ago and over time his 1 room was flooding every time it rained, when we inspected the roof the problem wasn’t hard to find😳

They put a lead saddle under the valley but instead of putting the dorma side lead flashing further up and under the tile and valley saddle, they left it short resulting in water dripping off the valley saddle and under the side flashing and then down the felt into what looks like a bad bad bodge job of silicone allowing water to p**s in.

We ripped off 10 course of tiles 2 wraps of felt and batten and replaced it the right way, also sorted the side flashing so the water would run on top of the lead and not under it.

Sorry I haven’t got the completed photos as Iv had 2 new phones since 🤦‍♂️ but he was over the moon with the job and now can build his cinema room he was waiting to build 💪

At RMB Roofing Ltd, we understand that not everyone is in a position to afford a full new roof. A complete roof replacement can be a significant investment — and in many cases, it simply isn’t necessary.

If your roof tiles are still in good condition, we offer a cost-effective alternative: renewing the battens and felt while retaining your existing tiles. Feel free to drop us a message and we can come and have a look at your roof and give you a free quote.
