A reflection.
A different perspective.
A new image taking shape.

With just one week remaining in my 2026 diary, I’m now opening the books for 2027.

Maybe it’s time for a new image.

WC is a space saving size to enhance the size of the room, floating vanity has an LED backlight installed behind; controlled by a ceiling mounted PIR and the mirror is a SMART/touchless de-misting mirror in brushed bronze to match the rest of the bathroom decor ☺️👌🏻

2027 IS ALREADY ON THE RADAR

It might seem a little early to be talking about next year, but if you’re already thinking about a new bathroom, kitchen, renovation or bespoke tiling project for 2027, now is actually a good time to start getting things organised.

I’m now opening up my 2027 diary and starting to allocate dates for next year.

I’ve got some exciting projects already lined up for the rest of this year and I’m looking forward to bringing that same level of workmanship into 2027.

Whether it’s a full bathroom, kitchen, large-format porcelain, XL slabs or something completely bespoke, I’m looking forward to taking on some great projects next year.

2027 diary now open.

If you’re planning a project for next year, please feel free to DM, WhatsApp or email me with any enquiries.

HOLIDAY OVER — BACK TO WORK

After a nice bit of time off, it’s time to get back into the swing of things.

It’s been a great break — plenty of sunshine, good food, a couple of rounds of golf and some much needed time away.

Now we’re home, the cases are unpacked and it’s back to it.

There’s plenty to get on with, with some great projects lined up over the coming months. The diary is now pretty much full through to the end of the year, with just one or two smaller spaces available.

It’s always nice coming home from a break knowing there’s plenty waiting and I’m looking forward to getting stuck in.

Thanks, as always to everyone who continues to support New Image Tiling, recommends me and keeps the diary moving.

Holiday mode off …
…Business mode back on 💪🏻

A few days off and time with the family and a bit of sunshine, then it’s back to business. See you soon ☀️🕶️

Throwback to 4 years ago when I tiled this bathroom.
Matt black hexagon porcelain tiles, silver grey grout and matte black fixtures.

This is up there as one of my favourites.
What do you think? Would you have these in your space? 👇

A little homemade tool that should save a lot of time. 👌

This mosaic feature strip sits around 4mm lower than the main field tiles, so I needed the adhesive bed exactly right.

I made this custom gauge from a 12mm cement backer board. It references off the finished field tiles while the centre tongue drops into the mosaic recess. That lets me set the adhesive bed to the exact depth every time.

Simple idea, but it should mean a flatter finish, full adhesive coverage and no guesswork.

Never guess work … but always maths? 🤔🥴😁

My customer wanted a glass mosaic strip border installed at the midpoint on this one
Marble look 600x300 wall tiles, finished with brushed chrome trim and slate grey grout and silicone, with a slate grey porcelain floor tile finished with a dark grey grout.
