Busy week in the factory secondary panel for Whitworths flour mill.

The second panel is for a Conveyor in Corby.

Here’s a peek at what’s been going on lately.
The big control panel for Whitworths flour mill in Wellingborough will be heading to site next week.

33 Safety control boxes went out to a customer in Corby last week.

Some panel modifications made in Croydon.

Junction boxes made ready for modifications next week.

We’ve also made the most of the school holidays and have taught DGF jnr how to mark out and drill gland holes.

Busy few days working with Rob from PRM Waste Systems at an oil filter recycling plant in Newark.

We discovered the fault was the sealing ring on this shredder had come adrift. After further investigation it was found that the sealing ring had worn down and was pushing material past the rings and forcing the plates off the drum.

After an awkward few days, with only having a 10cm gap to work, we had the machine up and running in a timely manner

Lots of mechanical work over the the past few weeks. Been working with a long standing customer PRM Waste Systems pulling apart balers and compactors to be sent off or cleaning and painting.

Servicing Bio processing machines

We have been working at Rookery South power Station in Stewartby assisting with a 50m shaker deck installing new bed plates.

After some long days last week we also went to install a new shaft in a shredder.

Busy few week unfortunately can’t show all the work we have been doing due to being under NDA.

The photos below are 2 panels heading to Bahrain this week to be connected to some 55kw hydraulic power packs.

Big thanks to Terra projects for coming to help with these and getting them out the door.
