🚧 New Job Secured! 🚧

We’re pleased to be working on a new development at Red Barns, Durham, for Barratt Homes, alongside our newly joined sister company, Hughes Bros Construction. 🤝

ZTL will be delivering the bulk earthworks package including:
- Topsoil strip
- Cut & fill plateau earthworks
- SUDS pond formation
- Cutting and capping of all estate and haul roads
- Formation of a 6m high acoustic earthworks bund

Helping to prepare the site for the next stages of construction for Hughes Bros. 💪

This project marks the first venture between ZTL and Hughes Bros, demonstrating the strength of the Applebridge Family working together to deliver quality projects for our clients. ✅

We look forward to getting underway and sharing progress as works advance. 📸

Progress reports are important. Seeing the project develop is even better.

Our site engineering teams use drone survey data and Propeller software to create fly-through videos that bring projects to life, allowing clients and stakeholders to visualise progress across the entire site.

Alongside accurate survey data, these digital tools help improve communication, track change over time, and provide a comprehensive overview of works as they develop.

🏗️ Progress continues at Keepmoat’s Alverley Lane development in Doncaster, where work is advancing across this 186-home scheme. ✅

With the earthworks phases complete, infrastructure works well progressed and multiple plots already handed over, the site is continuing to take shape as new homes emerge across the development. 🏡

Looking ahead, further earthworks packages are scheduled to commence later this year, supporting the next stages of delivery. 👷‍♂️🚜

🚜 New kit landing for the ZTL fleet! 🚜

The first two of four brand-new CASE CX300E excavators have arrived and are already getting the full ZTL treatment with our team branding 👌

The first machine is now heading out to our latest project on Alverley Lane, Doncaster, where it will soon be getting to work. Having the right plant on site is key to delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the high standards our clients expect.

A big thank you to EMH Plant and TCC Plant for their support in helping us bring these machines into the fleet. 🤝

We look forward to seeing all four excavators out on projects across the region soon!
