Our open plan kitchen in ossett is nearly complete. We can’t lie about this particular project. It’s not been easy but walls have been removed. Steels put in place. Rewired. Re plumbed with new wastes and new locations for the sink and taps. Gas relocated. Fully skimmed with new lighting. Our joiners have made great progress with the kitchen installation. We have changed the design on site to make it totally bespoke to our client. Top class work. We cannot wait for the finish. All in 3 weeks. 🦁

Raw attic space to boutique-style en-suite... and this is what we do at Roar Buildings 🦁

This loft conversion gave a family three brand new bedrooms AND a full bathroom from what was previously bare roof space. The attic bathroom alone features a bespoke walk-in shower with navy brick tiles, patterned encaustic floor tiles, Burlington chrome fittings, and a Velux skylight flooding it all with natural daylight.

Every trade handled in-house. No juggling multiple contractors. Just one team, one point of contact, and a result our clients absolutely love.

From bare timber frame to boutique bathroom. 🦁

This attic space started as nothing more than exposed stud work, copper pipework and a concrete floor. What you see on the right is the finished result — a stunning en-suite bathroom carved out of what was previously dead roof space.

Navy blue gloss brick tiles in the walk-in shower, classic white metro tiles, decorative patterned floor tiles, chrome fittings throughout and a Velux flooding the whole room with natural light. Every detail considered, every trade handled in-house by Team Roar.

This was part of a full attic conversion that created three bedrooms and a bathroom from scratch. The kind of project that genuinely transforms how a home feels and functions.

This one really speaks for itself. 🦁

Before — a tired, raw stairwell with exposed cables, crumbling plaster and a dark, uninviting space. After — a beautifully finished staircase with bespoke turned white spindles, mahogany handrail and newel posts, grey carpet throughout, and a Velux flooding the whole thing with natural light.

What made this extra special was matching the new spindles to the original period staircase — indistinguishable from the originals. That attention to detail is something we take real pride in on every job.

This was part of a full attic conversion delivering three bedrooms and a bathroom. A complete transformation from top to bottom.

From a stripped-back shell to a proper statement fireplace. 🦁

Swipe across to see where this one started. The room came right back to bare walls, dust everywhere, and a fireplace that needed a full rethink. The lads rebuilt it from the ground up, fitted the bespoke shelving either side, and dropped in the wood-burner to finish it off.

This is the kind of detail we love. Getting it right takes time and a team that actually cares about the finish, not just getting out the door.
