We're SmartChoice Dental Construction. Fourteen years, dental practices only. We plan, build and fit out everything a practice needs, from one new chair to a whole new building.
The difference is simple. We learn what your equipment needs first, then build around it. A normal builder finds out the pipework is wrong when the chair arrives. We make sure that never happens.

Plumbing, electrics, flooring, joinery and decorating, all on one program. Open again on the day we agree.
New and extra surgeries
Adding a surgery? We build it to suit the chair, with the right services in the right place first time.
CBCT, OPG and X-ray rooms
Room construction and lead lining, built to the radiation protection requirements.
Decontamination rooms
Designed and built to work properly, then ready for your inspection.
Dental equipment
Chairs and equipment supplied, installed and tested by the same team that built the room.
Cabinetry, joinery and reception
Surgery cabinets, reception desks and waiting areas that look the part and last.
Every job ends in the same way
One in-house team, so nothing gets lost between trades. You get a dedicated WhatsApp group, so you see progress as it happens.
Before we call a job finished, one of our managers checks it on video. You reopen on the day we agreed, or every extra day is free. And the next morning, we ring you to make sure everything's still right.
Not ready for a big job? Start with a chair
Our Chair Services job is the easiest way to see how we work. Old chair and pipework out, suction rebuilt to spec, new Polyflor safety flooring, new chair fitted and tested.
Ā£2,995 + VAT. Two days if you supply your own chair. Three days if you buy an Ajax chair through us, and the services fee drops to Ā£2,695.50 + VAT.

Whatever the job, we'll walk your practice, check your pipework and services against the equipment you're planning, and send you a written report within 5 working days. No cost and no obligation. If you don't learn at least one thing you didn't know about your own infrastructure, the visit's on us anyway.
